Hotel Information

Lodging and parking is available at the The University of Texas at Austin AT&T Hotel and Conference Center located at 1900 University Avenue in Austin, Texas.

Hotel rooms in the conference room block are available at $141. per night and will be offered on a first come-first served basis. Overnight parking is also available.

To reserve a hotel room at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center, please click here.
Please use this link to book a hotel room so you can get the per diem room rate. Please do not call the hotel directly to book a hotel room in the room block. You can book a room at the venue but it will be outside of the room block and you will be required to pay the regular rate. If you book a hotel room at the regular rate, we will not be able to transfer your reservation to the room block. There is a two room limit for hotel rooms per person. Please do not book a hotel room to hold it for someone. Please pay for your hotel room(s) when you make the room reservation(s). All AT&T hotel refund and cancellation policies will apply.

If you are not able to reserve lodging at the AT&T Hotel and Conference center, overflow hotels are available. Click here for a list of overflow hotels that are within walking distance to the conference. We do not have room blocks set up at the overflow hotels, but you may be able to get a state room rate if you ask for it. You must show state identification to get the per diem rate, if applicable.

Masks are not mandatory, but we would like you to wear one while you are inside the venue and at the conference. This event will be set up tp accommodate for social distancing and restrooms and common areas are sanitized per hotel requirements. View AT&T Hotel and Conference Center safety plans here.
